By PLC control,the operation is very simple,only touch screen click required.It is great saving for labor cost.
When there is no paper core,and mother roll finished,the machine will automatic stop with alarm light.then the operator will go for change the paper core and mother roll.
The same time,the operator can work to pack the ready finsihed roll into carton by the carton sealer which is after the convey system.
