Automatic pre-stretch film rewinding machine is designed for rapid heavy production of pre stretch film rewinding purpose,by the pre stretch ratio setting,it can result the different ratio of pre stretched sub roll.
Automatic pre-stretch film rewinding machine is a new updated model for specially designed for automatically rewinding the stretch film sub roll with certain pre stretch ratio.
By the sdifferent setting of pre-stretch ratio,it can result the different ratio of pre stretch purpose of rewinding.
It is PLC program controlling,Inverter controlling motore with HMI to operate by full color of touch screen for user friendly,it is self-diagnosis if any error appears.
Machine is designed to be multi-fnctional of automaticallly rewinding of standard stretch film for LLDPE,polythene/polyethylene PE stretch film into small size of sb roll.
And it is also designed to rewind the PVC cling film perfectly with the special press roller system to drive off the air inside of sub roll during the rewidning process.
Machine is suit for both cast film/extrusion film,and blown film.
