Fully auto 3 shaft turret stretch film rewinder is greatly improved the production than the conventional model by 30%.
With programmed PLC to control the next paper core clamping when the rewidning roll is on process,the waitting time during the paper core changing,and the cutting off the finished roll is greatly saved the time due the new system of the cutting method from the button to raise the receiving plate at same time.
The maximum prodution speed is at 1500meter per minute as considered to be world top range of high speed rewinder in Europe market.
